Delivery Policy

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days of receiving confirmation. If you order something on a weekend or holiday, it won’t be processed until the next working day.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1–2 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery

Refund & Returns Policy

Because of the nature of pharmaceutical products, we have strict rules and regulations in place to ensure safety, compliance, and product integrity at all times.

Policy on Returns

In most cases, we don’t take back prescriptions that have already been ordered or delivered. That is to keep things secure and prevent them from being misused or getting dirty. 

However, exceptions may be considered in the following cases:

  • You got the incorrect item
  • The item came broken or was not working well.
  • The order wasn’t complete. 

To request a review, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details and proof (such as images).

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under certain conditions after review:

Eligible Situations

  • Order not delivered on time (not including delays caused by things outside of your control)
  • The courier confirmed that the cargo was lost.
  • Confirmed problem with the wrong or broken product 

Non-Eligible Situations

  • The purchaser gave the wrong shipping address.
  • Delays caused by customs, delivery providers, or things that come up unexpectedly
  • Changed your mind after the purchase was shipped
  • Using or treating items incorrectly 

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds or repayments will be sent back with the same payment method the customer used.
  • It might take one to two business days for the refund to appear in your account.
