Delivery Policy

Order Processing

We take care of all orders within one to two business days of getting the confirmation. If you order something on a weekend or holiday, it won’t be processed until the next working day.

Shipping Timeframes

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Depending on where you reside, the courier service you use, and other things like the weather or customs clearance, delivery times may change.

Refund & Returns Policy

Because of the nature of pharmaceutical products, we have strong rules in place to make sure that safety, compliance, and product integrity are always maintained.

Policy on Returns

In most cases, we don’t take back prescriptions that have already been ordered or delivered. This is to keep things secure and stop them from being used wrong or getting dirty. 

However, exceptions may be considered in the following cases:

  • You got the incorrect item
  • The item came broken or not working well.
  • The order wasn’t complete 

To request a review, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with relevant details and proof (such as images).

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under certain conditions after review:

Eligible Situations

  • Order not delivered on time (not including delays caused by things outside of your control)
  • The courier confirmed that the cargo was lost.
  • Confirmed problem with wrong or broken product 

Non-Eligible Situations

  • The purchaser gave the wrong shipping address.
  • Delays caused by customs, delivery providers, or things that come up unexpectedly
  • Changed your mind after the purchase was shipped
  • Using or treating items incorrectly 

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be sent back to the same payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing may take 5 to 10 business days.
