At Good Products, we guarantee to get your medications to you quickly, safely, and without causing concern to them. We ship to the US and Canada in a way that makes sure everything is reliable, clear, and makes customers satisfied.
Order Processing Time
After confirmation, all orders are processed within one to two business days. We send your order through our trusted shipping partners once it has been confirmed and prepared.
Orders made on weekends or holidays will be handled the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We have different shipping options to fit your needs:
- Standard shipping: Delivery should happen in 5 to 10 business days.
- Express shipping: Delivery is expected to take 1–2 business days.
Delivery times may be different depending on where you live, whether or not customs clearance is needed, and other things that are out of our control.

Shipping Charges
At checkout, the shipping costs are based on the shipping method and the address where the package will be delivered. Before you finish your purchase, any charges that apply will be clearly given.
Delays & Exceptions
We do everything we can to get orders to you on time, but sometimes circumstances happen that cause delays:

- Processing by customs
- Carrier problems
- Shipping information that is wrong or missing
Good Products is not responsible for delays caused by things outside of our control, but we will always help you find and fix problems.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
When you place your order, please make sure that your shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for:
- Delays because of the wrong address
- Missing shipments because of missing information
If a package is sent back because the information was wrong, there may be extra shipping costs for sending it again.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or comes damaged, please get in touch with our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will look into the problem and consider to identify a satisfactory solution.
